Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Fast Resume by Elio (“Fast Resume”), operated by Paul Jeremiah in Nigeria. By using Fast Resume, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Fast Resume.

2. The service

Fast Resume uses artificial intelligence to help generate resumes, cover letters, outreach emails, and related job-application materials from the information you provide. The service is an editing and drafting tool, not an employment agency, recruiter, legal adviser, or guarantee of employment.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide information you are authorized to use and that is accurate.
  • Review every generated document before submitting or sharing it.
  • Correct errors, unsupported claims, or unsuitable language.
  • Do not use Fast Resume for fraud, impersonation, abuse, or unlawful activity.
  • Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

You remain solely responsible for your applications, representations to employers, and decisions made using generated content.

4. Accounts and access

Fast Resume may require email verification. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity associated with your Fast Resume session. Notify us if you believe your access has been compromised.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Paid access is offered as a recurring weekly subscription. Prices, currencies, trial periods, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. International customers may receive a three-day free trial followed by weekly billing unless cancelled before the trial ends. Nigerian customers may be charged immediately under the terms displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed by Paystack or Lemon Squeezy. Your subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally refund charges already processed. Provider checkout terms may also apply.

6. Refunds and promotions

Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. A refund or reward expressly offered under the Fast Resume creator promotion is governed by the conditions displayed on that promotion’s page, including eligibility, verification, deadlines, and view requirements.

7. AI limitations

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unavailable. Fast Resume does not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, applicant-tracking-system performance, document compatibility, or any particular result.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the information and materials you submit. You grant Fast Resume a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.

9. Intellectual property

Fast Resume’s software, branding, design, templates, and original service content belong to Paul Jeremiah or the applicable licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying technology.

10. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features, prices, or the service. We may also limit access where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or suspected misuse.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Fast Resume is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Paul Jeremiah is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-opportunity damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Termination

You may stop using Fast Resume at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, security risk, payment failure, or abuse of the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Nigeria, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Privacy and changes to these Terms

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. We may update these Terms and will post the revised effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
